Christmas Look

Hi everyone! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas with your loved ones. Mine sure was, and I had too much food, but everything was so delicious... This was my look on Xmas day, hope you like it. And I also wanna show you our table setting. My mom put so much effort and good taste into it. Now I'm back to work, but just for today and tomorrow. Then I will be on vacation until Jan 6th. I can't wait! I will probably go to the mountains and ski and relax. I wish everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year full of Love! See ya in January.

Carrot Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ciao! Today is the last day at the office before Holiday break and to celebrate Christmas with my coworkers I made carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting! Here is the recipe:

Ingredients for the cupcakes (makes about 25):

240 gr freshly grated carrots

100 gr white sugar

100 gr brown sugar

210 gr flour

3 eggs

150 ml olive oil (not extra-virgin)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 pinch of salt

vanilla extract

for the frosting:

50 gr butter

315 gr confectioner's sugar

135 gr cream cheese (I used Philadelphia)

Pre-heat the oven at 175°C

Mix all ingredients together very well

Fill the cupcakes liners about 2/3

Put in the oven for about 12/13 min. Check with a stick if they are cooked inside, it has to come out clean.

Put the cupcakes on a wire rack to cool completely, and start making the frosting combining all the ingredients together and mixing with a spoon.

When the cupcakes are completely cooled you can frost them!

Hi and Happy Monday! Christmas is near and these are the last 2 days at work before my Holiday break! I can't wait! Winter Look

Ciao! Today I want to share this look. I love a cozy sweater in the winter, but I want to make it classy by pairing it with my favourite faux leather skirt and high heels booties. I wore this look at the office but it's also perfect for date night. Hope you guys like it!

Put Many Rings On It

Hi! Last week I took advantage of an offer on Forever 21 website and bought many different rings. One is very small and has the shape of an arrow, I love it because it's very simple but still very cute. Then I got a set of stackable rings which you can wear all together. And last but not least a bigger golden ring. Hope you like them! The manicure is made with Essie's Forever Yummy, which is perfect for Christmas!

A Little Bit of Red (Cyber Monday savings)

Ciao! Yesterday it was Cyber Monday! Did you take advantage of the many discounts that you could find online? I sure did! I was thinking about Christmas and this year I really wanted to wear something red but I realized that I didn't have any red clothes... So I cruised the web and found a nice and fluffy red sweater on H&M and I ordered it, it was 15% off. I will post more pics when I get it. How would you style it? I was thinking a black mini-skirt. What did you guys buy on Cyber Monday?
