Hi and Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Here in Milan the weather is so cold and I'm so not a cold weather person, I'm really suffering LOL. Well, having to walk to work everyday I need to wear really warm clothes, but I also need to look cute since my office is very formal. During sales time in the past weeks I found some really chic sweaters that are also really warm. This one is so fluffy it almost looks like a mermaid's tail, I love it! It's from Banana Republic. Do you like how I styled it? I added a bright red lip for a touch of color.

Hi and Happy New Year everyone!!!!! Hope you had a fantastic New Year's Eve and a great start of this new year. Here in Milan it's sales time! And I found some great deals at one of my favorite stores, Banana Republic. They had fantastic promotions, I couldn't believe it! I found this amazing wool sweater, do you like it? It's really cold here in Milan these days and I was looking for something to really keep me warm, but I still wanted to look cute. I paired it with one of my favorite handbags, the Miss Sicily by Dolce & Gabbana, I love the cognac color for winter. Hope you guys like my look.

All Grey Party Look

Hi and Happy Monday! Christmas is near and last weekend I was so busy shopping for the last presents and going to Xmas parties. Well, I guess that's a nice kind of busy! On Friday night I went to a party and I opted for a casual and cozy look with jeans and a sweater, but I added heels for an edgier touch. I also painted my nails with this lovely shade of green which reminded me of the color of Christmas trees LOL. What do you think of this look?

Hi! Are you into the Christmas spirit? I am indeed! I spent the past week decorating and I wanna give you a glimpse of my home and my decorations.

I'm very proud of my decorations and ornaments because many of them have a history. Whenever I travel to a new place I like to buy a new ornament, that way I build my own Xmas memories and traditions. Let me show you some of them.

Gingerbread Cookies

Hello! How are you doing? I'm doing great! In Italy we just had 4 days of Holiday and since I was in a very festive mood I decided to make cookies. And what says Christmas louder than gingerbread cookies? It was the first time for me to make these cookies and I followed this recipe. I didn't do gingerbread men, I did gingerbread Christmas trees and hearts LOL. I love the smell of spices in my kitchen and the taste too. Ley me know if you try this recipe. They turned out delicious!!! This is the result, see the picture!
