Strange Bloom

Hi! I don't know if you heard it but in Hong Kong we had the strongest typhoon (Hato) of the past 5 years, it was very scary and the city suffered a lot of damages. Then we had a couple of good days, and now here we go again with another typhoon, right this moment when I am writing. Not fun at all. Anyway, we just stay home and be safe. Yesterday it was a beautiful day though, so I went to the beach and had dinner at this cool restaurant called Fish School in Sai Ying Pun neighborhood. The seafood was amazing! 

I'm into midi skirts these days, I love how you can wear them with sandals for a night out or sneakers for a comfy but cute look. So this was my look for the night out, and I dared to wear a bold lip, the lipstick is by Estée Lauder, and the color is 340 Strange Bloom, I love it!

Hi Girls! How is your week going? A few days ago I went to the mall looking for a new lipstick for summer. I ended up buying two, because I couldn't choose, all the colors were beautiful. Let me show you what I've got. The brand name is Essence, in Europe it's pretty easy to find it, in the US you can find it at Ulta. They also have a promotion these days, you get a free lipstick with coupon code LONGLIP if you buy 10$ worth of Essence makeup. And believe me, with 10$ you can buy a lot. This brand is fantastic because products cost very little but the quality is amazing! These lipsticks are only 2.99$! Let me know if you try this brand, trust me it's great!

In My Make-Up Bag

Hello and happy hump day! Recently I've made a very nice discovery at my local mall. I was browsing make-up stands and my sister told me about this brand, Essence. She said they make really good products at a great price. I was skeptical at first but I gave them a try. I have to admit it, the quality is amazing and the price is even more awesome. The make-up stays on all day, and they do what they promise. You can find their products in Europe and in the rest of the world. Let me show you what I'm using these days, as you can see my make-up is always very light, I don't like heavy make-up, I think it makes you look older. 

Compact powder (very light and easy to apply)

Bronzer (gives that glow to your skin)

Blush (makes that rosy cheeks pop)

Cream concealer (I use it for the under-eye area, it covers perfectly)

Eyebrow gel mascara (this is fantastic to shape eyebrows!)

Eyebrow styler (makes them look fuller)

Eyeliner (stays put all day, very easy to apply)

Mascara (false lashes effect!)

Lipgloss (very shiny, not sticky)

Make-up bag: Prada
